How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs only €9.90 for orders up to €14.99, with a cost of €3.90 for spending up to €29.99 and free for orders over €30.

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time depends on the day and time slot you selected at the time of the order. We will do our best to deliver your package within the expected time!

 

Can I schedule the shipping?

Yes, you can choose the time slot you prefer between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM, from Monday to Friday, so you can receive your order when it is most convenient for you.

 

Why hasn't my order been delivered?
